I use illustration as a way to embrace the fun, explore with my hands and to get ideas into the world. Some of them are a jumping off point for a conversation but mostly I hope to leave an impression and embrace whatever interpretation you may have. I dont have one specific "style" so I would say my style is whatever the wind blows me that day. This makes me a versatile illustrator. Some basic themes that I see repeating throughout my work is the use of bold, contrasting colors, expressive lifework, the theme of people and animals, and things pulled from nature. I enjoying exploring different mediums but my favorite are watercolor, gel printing, collage, acrylic paint, and mashing those up to create fun illustrations that can be manipulated digitally.
