COLLECTION Coffee Table Book

Collection is a coffee table book that explores what people collect and why they collect the things they do. I photographed variety of collections for this edition that included coffee bags, turquoise jewelry, voodoo dolls, silver spoons from around the world, Wade tea figurines, matchbooks, and dollhouse miniatures. The stories for why each collection began was unique but one underlining theme emerged: collections hold memories and meaning. Each piece is as unique as the story that goes with it. This first collection was a lot of fun to put together and I found it fascinating to hear the stories and meaning they had for each person or family. Below are a few spreads from the book.
